Very pleased with the overall experience. From Ricardo coming out to talk to us and giving us options to Juan and his team doing the installation. Kal the owner was involved the whole way and I couldn't have picked a better company to go with. I would highly recommend them.
We hired Safe Air to replace our AC unit and ducts. Everything seemed fine until they left the drain valve closed, which caused water damage to our kitchen ceiling. Three holes had to be poked into the ceiling to drain it, and the leak also damaged our cabinet. On top of that, we were overcharged for work that wasn’t even done, and we had to purchase our own AC filter. I would highly recommend using Safe Air for your a/c needs. Ricardo Lozano went above and beyond to help us get approved for our a/c system. Even when it seemed like we were not going to get approved for financing, he figured out a way to make it happen. We are thankful to him and his boss for helping us out. Safe Air has the best prices compared to other companies around. We appreciate all the effort and hard work put in to get us a completely new air conditioning system. I’d like to give this company more stars but I ran into an issue with the city inspection services and it appears that a permit was not pulled for this install. I reached out to the local rep and he said they pull a permit for every job yet the contractor working on the rest of the project (took over for the previous contractor) cannot find record that a permit was ever pulled.
