Their unprofessional employee was disrespectful to lil nut aka nod Ross then when he said something back she had the nerve to get him banned from the stadium. He is a celebrity in our city. Yes he’s taking pictures with his fans! We are not accepting this! He needs to be welcomed back into the stadium. Train your employees to be more professional.
I had a wonderful time.I were excited most of all to get my pay started in my savings the pandemic crisis Covid-19 hurt me a little.The game day was cool i were glad they saw are team on abc news while the air show was right over head.
S.A.F.E. management coordinated the bag check at the Billy Joel concert 7/26/19. I have never seen a more disorganized, pathetic attempt to provide a service. The people working were completely clueless. Don't ever trust them with your stuff!!!! Took over an hour to get my purse!
This company need to review and make sure of who they are hiring. Some staff members thinks they have the right to put their hands on you and pushing and pulling for no reason without even checking the proper credentials, wristbands or tickets. Instead of de escalate situations they should violence and threat visitors. Unacceptable and horrible experience thanks to this unprofessional and incompetent "staff".
I love it there but they need to do more for the employees I think since they work so hard they should get treated with more care free meals sounds about Right
