I had a great experience getting my auto loan here. The whole process was smooth and much less stressful than I expected. From the moment we stepped in Emily was very helpful and easy to talk to during our process. Jose, the branch manager, was also very professional and made sure everything stayed on track, which gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process. Best customer I’ve ever experienced, no I’m not joking!! It started off with Emily at the front desk who was very kind and introduced me to their current auto loans. She was very informative to me and my sister of how the whole process worked! Finalizing my new auto loan through Safe 1 was not possible if it wasn’t for the help of Jose the Branch Manager.
