The absolute worst experience I've ever had. The representatives are rude, the service is crap, and I shouldn't be charged a fee to transfer my own money to an outside bank. They made my entire car buying experience horrible. I will never recommend them and if I ever hear someone wants to go through them I will do everything I can to change their mind. this institution shouldn't be running. My vehicle was totaled out and instead of helping me through this stressful situation they made it 100x worse.
