I've been a loyal customer for a few years now. Called due to an issue about a promotion. Unfortunately, even though I have made you all my main supplier for years that did not seem to matter to Wanda Menendez. She did not care to lose a loyal customer or even attempt to say anything in terms to keep us. In fact, all she cared about is if I wanted to continue the order to charge my card. Poor customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have used Safco Dental Supply for many years and in all the practices I have been in. Today I am having to write this review due to lack of service from Employees of the company. The AR Tatyana froze our account for 11.56 in which a check had already been sent in for this and she was given that information and the check#. We order all our supplies from Safco and the fact that our account has always been in good standing and you froze it for any future order is just ridiculous.
