Great experience with staff and products. Excellent value for cost.
Used to be the very best. Over the last year they have shifted to a sales rep model and have updated their website not once but twice and miraculously made it worse each time. I will be going back to the big 3 where their website doesn't load like something on AOL dialup
The experience was very bad. If I could, I would give it less than 3 stars. The factory, which is located in Sparks, Nevada, leaves much to be desired. And for the employees at the Chicago branch, I inform you that here in Nevada, they leave at 2 every day, work 6 hours a day and are paid 8. I don't think it's fair that they have preference over the Nevada employees and not you. I've been a loyal customer for a few years now. Called due to an issue about a promotion. Unfortunately, even though I have made you all my main supplier for years that did not seem to matter to Wanda Menendez. She did not care to lose a loyal customer or even attempt to say anything in terms to keep us. In fact, all she cared about is if I wanted to continue the order to charge my card. Poor customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere.
