I purchased a Safavieh lamp and after noticing a white powder at a welded joint I feared this indicated metal corrosion and since I love this lamp, I decided to ask the company their opinion on a solution. ***** * We purchased a sofa at the central ave store in Scarsdale. We ordered the medium cushion. Also Was told it was stain resistant. The couch was So uncomfortable and misshaped. nothing like what we ordered. They sent us new cushions that came hopefully the right firmness and wouldn’t stain. My wife and I are seniors. For my wife's Birthday in December 2015, our daughter purchased 4 Safavieh chairs through a retailer (*******). We needed 2 more chairs to match, they were not available via *******, so we purchased them through ********* (November 1, 2016). We do not entertain often and the chairs have had little to no use. The chairs were purchased over 3 years ago which is significantly past our warranty policy. Every case is carefully reviewed by our Quality Control Department and there has never been a complaint on these chairs.
I purchased 2 chairs (Part# ********-SET2) about 2 years ago to use as end chairs for my dining table. Since purchase the chairs have been used about 5 times (if that). I do not have children and travel often for work so needless to say most of my furniture has remained in pristine condition. That being said about a month ago I hosted a luncheon for a few friends. Very dissatisfied with the customer service. After un-boxing the new bed my daughter received as a gift for her new home, we fund we were missing 2 pieces and the hardware. After several weeks of hounding them for a reply to my request to obtain the missing parts our request was denied because we could not produce a receipt, I even offered to purchase the missing items!

Hello all, Please avoid using Safavieh at all cost. this people sold me custom bed for 3 grand but delivered the bed but wrong nails..........its been almost two freakin months and i have heard nothing from them..every time i call there customer service they keep repeating the same ****.......i am trying now to call them and its seems no one is picking up now. In response to Heather Stack's complaint we have company policies and procedures to abide by. We requested proof of purchase and a photo. We carefully review all claims regarding our products and in this case there weren't any defects.
Two of these rugs were ordered may 2015. Based on online photos, they looked perfect for our cottage and we trusted the Safavieh name for quality. Home is occupied by a retired couple and one small dog. We are are away quite a bit, so it is not used full time. The rugs have been maintained properly. One used under dining table. One used in adjacent living room, under coffee table. These rugs are shredding on the edges. Threads are torn throughout. Big pieces of the weaving strips have pulled out and are sticking up.
