Wow! Alex was our guide and he was amazing. It would have been spectacular on such a beautiful day no matter what, but he made it magical. As an fellow educator, I was consistently impressed with his ability to share his VAST knowledge with a diverse group of people so effectively while making it super fun and engaging. It is rare you meet someone who is that passionate about their work and it is absolutely inspiring . What a gem. An incredibly worthwhile adventure.
Fabulous tour! You are up close and personal with the animals. You also learn a lot from the tour guide.
We went on a Jeep Safari Tour and had such a great time! Overall, the tour was about 3 hours and consisted of a 45 minute walking tour and 2 hours in the jeep. The animals are obviously well cared for and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. My 4.5 year old had a great time but it was tedious for her and we had to strategically plan out a quick snack and bathroom break for her prior to the jeep portion. She loved the animals and our guide kept her engaged during the tour which made a huge difference in her experience.
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this tour. Our tour guide Brady was excellent! The weather was beautiful and we learned so much about the various animals. We would love to see elephants and hippos, however it sounds like they require a lot of maintenance. I have been recommending this tour to all my friends. Keep up the good work!
