Very thorough, on time and very informative about the application and instructions and what to expect, very pleased!

This company is useless. I had them for about two years and my St. Augustine was eventully taken over by all weeds. Early on I identified a new weed and they said they would treat it. After two application visits, the problem was worse. The "manager" determined the tech applied the wrong herbicide. Allegedly they treated it once correctly and never again. When you call it goes to a voice mail and they call you 3 days later it your lucky. Do NOT waste your time and money with this company.
I just started with Safari and I am pleased so far. They were easy to contact, communication was comprehensive, and the necessary lawn treatment was completed quickly. No haggle and cost effective.
