I am not one to submit reviews, but feel an obligation to do so this time. I’ve been with Safari many years on their Premium plan. Earlier this year we had a small area of chinch bug damage in the rear yard, which they willingly replaced with sod. A period of low rainfall followed and the same type of damage began appearing in the original area and others around it. The damage spread rapidly to cover a majority of the rear yard.
