We had Safari Plumbing come to our home to inspect a possible leak in our bathroom faucet. The first thing Terry did was literally roll out the red carpet before he entered our home. They were on time. Thats just about it. What they advertise and explain over the phone is not what they practise and honor. The plumber wasnt friendly, He wasnt rude either. The lady on the phone was rude and very fraudulent. I would definitely not recommend this company. You end up being charged the assesment no matter if they do the work or(fault on thier part) cant do the work because they overbook themselves. So not cool misleading people Safari Plumbing co.

We were referred to Safari by a friend, and recently used them for the first time. For someone that has had mixed results from Trade's people, Safari scores a 10 out of 10. Bill from Safari showed up exactly on time, and could not have been more professional or polite. He explained exactly what needed to be done and why, and then competently completed the task required. He left an excellent first impression and we will certainly be using Safari again.

Very satisfied and would recommend. Prompt reply to my initial inquiry. Prompt scheduling. Plumber was on time, pleasant, efficient and skilled. Would use again.

Thanks so much to David for his prompt reply to my distress call and to Terry who came and fixed my burst pipe on New Year's Day. Terry was very pleasant and professional, as usual. So glad I am a Gold club member as it saved me $$$. Thanks for great service again and Happy New Year!

Arrived on time. Philip knew of the problem with my toilet as he had been with David the first time I had the problem. Of course everything worked well and he did his best to create the problem I had the first time. He's got a good sense of humour as does Dan who fixed my clogged sink. Very professional team. I recommend them to all my friends.
