The initial sales service was good, the sprinkler job was understood and good suggestions were made. Executing the job is a different story. I wanted the hoses that were close to the surface trenched down deeper. Safari did very little of this. They even brought a sophisticated trenching machine but didn't use it; so they knew that was part of the job. I appreciate that they replaced the sprinkler control wires but the worst part of the job was that they cut the wire where it goes under a 6ft stretch of concrete and ran the... read more
I would give zero stars if this was an option! I am a new customer & when I called the owner Jeff my first question was are you taking new business. Yes was the answer! Told my lawn would be mowed on Thursday of the next week…but it didn’t get mowed. Called & Jeff told me it would be mowed the next day, that his employees were running behind schedule due to weather first of week. It was mowed first thing the next morning.
