Waited hours in the shop just to BEGIN my appointment. My hair wasn’t parted for the box braids I asked for, even after I and another client tried to graciously explain what I wanted to the braider. Braids were far too tight even after asking them not to braid so tight. Bad attitudes and lots of inappropriate conversations between workers. To top it all off, I was overcharged and left absolutely exhausted after spending the entire day there. Never again!!!!
