Deathly ill now for one month plus. Kept sending the same sick lady for my care. They ignored my complaints and now I cannot get out of bed for one month. I am 65 and have many serious health issues. I have to reschedule my knee surgery because I am so sick. Been on antibiotics for 3 weeks now improvement. Fear it is Covid. The lady didn't know how to do anything. Not even make a sandwich. This is the worst agency Dont trust their workers with your family members and most of their workers don't speak clear English so seniors don't understand them and management don't care.. The last person the sent to assist my 90 year old grandmother told her it hurts to come there and if she didnt need the money she wouldn't come. I reported those workers and they absolutely didn't do anything to change it.
