This is my top spot for car parts. Their prices are great and the service is always excellent. Sinan is very helpful and always goes the extra mile to make things easy. Many times he already has the parts ready for me before I arrive, which saves a lot of time. If they don’t have something, he’s always willing to recommend another place that might. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for good prices and reliable service.
I was sold a damaged transmission, which caused my vehicle to be down for weeks. Because of their mistake, I had to pay labor twice, and it took over a month to finally receive a working replacement. Communication was extremely poor. I had to call every single day just to get updates or any help. This was costly, stressful, and completely avoidable. I would not recommend this company.
