I have had very mixed experiences here. Most of the time the front desk is friendly, but it is very hard to get through on the phone lines. As well, the dr my family sees is often demeaning, talks down to me and is dismissive, and does not appreciate me mentioning anything naturopathic.
They didn’t transfer me to another doctor when mine left, they were suppose to, got emails that said I was under a new doctor but they refused because he had max amount of patients already. Even though there was no time limit (I asked to be sure) & I did what I was instructed to do from my previous doctor & that I was be his patient now & I had to do nothing.
