There has to be some sort of standard for being able to operate a clinic. I'm going to reach out to the College of Physcians and Surgeons of British Columbia. Maybe they can send someone down here to answer the phones.
I was a patient at this clinic for a number of years until the nurse practitioner who I was a patient for moved on. At which point, I was told that I would be automatically moved to another doctor at the facility and that I would still have a GP. Months later, I found out when the pharmacist could not get me a prescription refill when they faxed the clinic.
