Safa sent my Sugess Daytona homage watch out to their repair facility and got it back in about 8 days. It was a minor repair (one of the sub-dial hands had disconnected) but a fairly complicated movement so I trusted them to be able to fix this. Upon picking up the watch i wound it properly and walked around the mall for a bit. After about 17 minutes I noticed the watch had only elapsed 9 minutes and simply stopped. Shopping around for a 10 year anniversary gift at the mall. Friendly salesman helped me browse the store and they had a good selection. Found the perfect diamond jewelry gift for my wife. Made the purchase but really wanted the certificate as I walked away. He said it wasn’t ready yet and I would receive a call when it was ready. I’m expecting it when we go back for the sizing. Good people at this store and I will be back to purchase a gift for the next milestone! He even gave me a free gift! Highly recommend.
