Shopping around for a 10 year anniversary gift at the mall. Friendly salesman helped me browse the store and they had a good selection. Found the perfect diamond jewelry gift for my wife. Made the purchase but really wanted the certificate as I walked away. He said it wasn’t ready yet and I would receive a call when it was ready. I’m expecting it when we go back for the sizing. Good people at this store and I will be back to purchase a gift for the next milestone! He even gave me a free gift! Highly recommend.
Great service
I had an excellent experience at Safa. I submitted an inquiry online and they got back to me right away. I stopped in on a Saturday and decided on the Longines I wanted. Staff was very friendly throughout. Just a few days later (Christmas Eve!) I got a call that my watch had arrived. Made my holiday even more special. Can't wait to purchase my next piece at Safa as well.

Got a special order Seiko through them and the entire process was great. Also got a gold chain that was very reasonable priced. Great customer service and top notch quality jewelry.
