Since 1984, Saf-T-Swim's goal has been to teach vital water safety skills year-round. Our caring, dedicated teachers specialize in Individual (1-On-1) Swimming Lessons, that provide children the ability to learn to swim at their own pace. Students have their teachers' undivided attention for the entire 30 minute lesson in 88-degree heated pools. We offer Baby and Me Programs, Private Birthday Parties, Swim Team, and more!

Very patient with our overly energetic kids for our semi-private swim lessons. Recommend private instead for more energetic kids rather than groups to facilitate better learning. Looking forward to the next lessons!
My daughter absolutely loves Andrea! She is caring, encouraging and pushes her to improve each week! Highly recommend! We have also had a wonderful experience with Sean! Management is very professional and accommodating. Thank you to all of the great instructors and staff!
I’m giving a 5 star rating specifically because of one amazing instructor, Carlos. My son is on the spectrum, and I can’t express how much comfort and confidence he feels with Carlos. Carlos is kind, patient, and incredibly dedicated. His genuine care for his students and his work is evident every single week. You’re truly fortunate to have him as part of your team.
Steven is amazing, so helpful with anything and everything! Very clean and staff is so friendly and accommodating especially. Especially Oriana, Trish, Meghan and Sierah. We love it here!!
We love everyone we work with at the Commack Saf-T-Swim, including Emily at the front desk (who so patiently schedules our makeup lessons and also booked my daughter’s birthday party—twice, because we had to change the date) and our instructors Trish, Ashley, and Kayla. The kids really look forward to their swimming lessons each week!
