Was happy until billing started. I paid 2 months and one week over the phone. He said$200 even for the 1 month half off plus the one month and one week. Great.. paid it, all was good. We're several months in and can't get a return call or email and there's the half month bill still on my account. No half off line the website says. There's an issue with the units door and no one will call back. Day, night.. no matter when you call.. no one.
New place. Very convenient how close it is to the freeway. Phenomenal experience I had at the storage units. 10/10 recommend
I am keeping my boat there, Awesome nice people, looks to be a brand new facility, clean well maintained, good security, I will continue to store my boat there every year because it's close to the freeway. Also I have plenty of more room for other things.
