The first initial person on the line is amazing. Her customer service skills are wonderful. However, site in West Haven is a problem... With water leakage in unit's rear and alarms going off, and invoice does not reflect the 50% off for 3 months that was promised and exactly what I'm paying for. Concern for bill.

Would have received a four star review had it not been for that day we moved our things into the unit and found a paneling piece that was not secured. I could push it through to the other unit. The other unit was empty but it was a major security flaw in the design but only someone knowledgeable could utilize this design flaw. Was happy until billing started. I paid 2 months and one week over the phone. He said$200 even for the 1 month half off plus the one month and one week. Great.. paid it, all was good. We're several months in and can't get a return call or email and there's the half month bill still on my account. No half off line the website says. There's an issue with the units door and no one will call back. Day, night.. no matter when you call.. no one.
