The first initial person on the line is amazing. Her customer service skills are wonderful. However, site in West Haven is a problem... With water leakage in unit's rear and alarms going off, and invoice does not reflect the 50% off for 3 months that was promised and exactly what I'm paying for. Concern for bill.
Would have received a four star review had it not been for that day we moved our things into the unit and found a paneling piece that was not secured. I could push it through to the other unit. The other unit was empty but it was a major security flaw in the design but only someone knowledgeable could utilize this design flaw. Called them about it and they said they’d send someone over immediately ( that day would’ve even been okay ) but when I returned the next day and could still look into the empty unit next to mine, I ju... read more
