Our roof was done by Saenz Roofing in 2016. I will give them one star because it was done well and looks nice. However, we have been cleaning up roofing nails from our property for two years. There was trash all over our front and back yards each time we came home from work after Saenz had been working. Now we are having issues with our title company because the final inspection (which the receptionist at Saenz said they coordinated and completed) hasn't been done and our property is not compliant with regulations. Terrible company leave dangerous and costly mess laying about just not a good choice keep looking there is far better out there. They do cover ups for the likes of great homes to get them out of trouble for not maintaining properties properly and tenants get the shaft. My humble opinion! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎💩 and their insurance should be pulled for their careless unsafe work practices. Cut some corners on our roof, left a lot of low (exposed nails). Most people would never see the mistakes they made, but I went on my roof and found them. Their crew didn't speak English and hid behind the language barrier to make requests for fixes difficult and awkward.
