***updated*** I’ve dropped my review to 3 stars. Specifically because of the warranty process. DRH will pick and choose what warranty they will complete. They will tell you something isn’t warrantable and then go do it for another neighbor. Our warranty rep has been Alyssa and she is difficult to work with. We’ve been in our home almost 2 years at this point and I’ve been pushing for some warranty items since our 1 year mark. She ignores my emails thinking I’m just going to give up.
