I’ve written a review before and it was good except I mentioned Dr. Jang failed to advise me of his lab for treatment. In less than an hour later he wrote a long reply saying he was on vacation and would be back the next day to make it right. Since then my review has been removed. Dr Jang’s busy office is clean and efficient. it has to be because there’s a lot of patients seeking dental care. It may be the best dental office in Barstow. I’ve only seen dentists in run down buildings or mini malls here but I could’ve missed some. Dr. Jang accepts Medicare Medical -and so on and that’s important in town like this where people are typically at the poverty line. A lot of people work for Jang. Amazing staff with exceptional customer service ! I called complaining about my toothache and the nice young ladies at the front desk got me in ASAP . The lady who did my Xrays was also super friendly and was humming while she taking the photos of my teeth which relaxed me because my tooth pain was unbearable. Then finally the dentist was super chilled and gave me the right info to get my tooth from hurting. Definitely recommend for everyone to go here !
these are racist liars.Money Hungry people.They did not give me the service that i was suppose to get.And you should NEVER leave any dentist office and months later from a deep cleaning end up with very very sensitive teeth.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE!!!
