완전 테러블 . 예약 펑크 나고 좌석 예약 한것도 제대로 안되고 환승 좌석 티켓도 예약 안되있고 전화 했더니 뭐가 문제냐면서 항공사 전화 해보고 알려 준다더니 결국 전화도 없는 최악 입니다.다녀 왔는데 뭐가 문제냐인듯 한 태도. 일본에서 인도네시아 환승 안되고... 에어 380 2층 좌석 예약 안되 좌석 겨우 얻어 미국 겨우 입국. 미안 합니다 한마디 하면 될일을 리뷰 쓰게 만드는 클라스.
