I have always been treated well. But staff turnover is disconcerting.
I meant to put no stars but it doesnt let me. whatever you do never even think about being a patient here. All my life i have never seen a medical staff treat people so badly! They even treated my kids badly! The doctors there dont listen to anything you would have to say and they do whatever they want without letting you know. all the staff there have terrible communication and act like you dont matter! Twice I called with questions for my provider. Was told that the office staff would ask her and get back to me. Twice she did not. These were important questions. The first time, I called back and persisted until I got an answer. This time....just never mind. I need a new provider.
