I wouldn’t trust this Doctor at all. I took my daughter in for her 4 month appointment and she gave me nothing but unsafe things for my baby. My daughter was born 7 weeks premature, so adjusted age she is only 2 months. Dr S tried telling me that if my baby woke up in the night hungry, I needed to give her water instead of food. AT 4 MONTHS OLD, WATER!! She also told me to start giving her solid foods.. she can’t even sit up on her own yet and isn’t showing cues that she’s ready for solids. Dr. Salmanzadeh has been a great doctor for both our kids, now 13 and 9, for six years. She is caring and efficient, knowledgable, and able to relate well to both parents and kids. We trust her.
My daughter was showing signs of brain defects from 4 months old. everything started changing but the most noticable was her head growth it was off the charts and all this doctor blamed was she was over fed but I watched meal times very closely. This doctor even went as far as measuring my head and saying that bigger heads must just run in the family!! she refused to send us to another specialist for a second opinion.
