Excellent customer service and client service
My initial and follow up surgical visit both went very well. Dr. Basta and staff were most welcoming and professional. The removal of my back lower tooth went as planned and by following the post op directions I’m recovering well. Thank you Dr Basta and staff for your kind efficiency.
I had another great experience from the moment I walked in to the very last moment I walked out at Dr. Basta dental clinic. Such a welcoming and professional environment and so immaculately clean & especially during this pandemic time. The staff, Alicia, Roxanne and the rest were very helpful, genuine & knowledgeable as welll. Dr. Beauty Basta handles her work with care. She has a very steady hands, precise movement & great sense of humor. Super love it!
Upon getting the Cigna's in network dentist / prosthodontist, I made an appointment to have my broken tooth fixed that had a special external precision attachment. Dr Basta was able to evaluate and precisely commit that she can fix it. After the external precision attachment were received, Dr Basta was able to fix my broken tooth in my partial. Went for my cleaning on my implants also xrays. Everything was great. Love Dr. Basta & Roxanne it's always a pleasure going to her office especially now that all my work is done. Alisia is always so nice & helpful. Dr. Basta even commented on how well I was doing on cleaning implants. After all her hard work you better believe I'm going to take care of my mouth!
Awful experience. Would not recommend Dr Basta especially if you're a senior. Money hungry dentist who has no value for her elderly patients.
I have been a patient of Dr. Basta for over 13 years. I had significant dental work in 2008, and now I see her for evaluations and cleanings. She is professional, competent, caring, and proficient in everything she does. I highly recommend her to be your dentist
