4-5 stars to the professionals delivering the service, but the unbearably long wait times reflect a lack of good process at best, & a deliberate disregard for patients’ (& families who need to drive them) time & energies at worst. This appears to be a consistent (not just “a bad day”), unapologetic practice. Why not give patients appointment times to support a reasonable workflow? Some wait is to be expected, but 2-3 hrs??
They wait time is unbearable ..... aaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggggg.
