The most positive aspect of my experience with Saebo has been the exceptional customer support provided by Jennifer. Following the purchase of a Saebo Stretch device for my weakened left hand, I became interested in the SaeboStim Micro Sensory Electrical Stimulation Device, as I have found e-stim to be beneficial in my therapy. I made some errors during the purchase which Jennifer was able to fix for me. Many thanks to Jennifer.
It's like holding a slippery McDonald's toy and ironically, the on/off switch is like a McDonald's toys switch. No directions of lead placement for different medical problems. I brought it for my neuropathy and they don't even mention neuropathy in the guide. The pad say multi use but maybe three times use, before the edges won't stick anymore. On the other hand, when I use it, it's just a little mild Stim that stops the neuropathy pain and gives me a break while it's on. Once I'm done treatment, my neuropathy feels the same... read more
Been a customer since 2008. I reached out a 3+ times in the past month (phone & email) for assistance and haven't received any response. It's quite bizarre
