It's like holding a slippery McDonald's toy and ironically, the on/off switch is like a McDonald's toys switch. No directions of lead placement for different medical problems. I brought it for my neuropathy and they don't even mention neuropathy in the guide. The pad say multi use but maybe three times use, before the edges won't stick anymore. Been a customer since 2008. I reached out a 3+ times in the past month (phone & email) for assistance and haven't received any response. It's quite bizarre

I was told that it would cost me thousands of dollars to improve my circulation-related neuropathy. With the Saebo system and another product, I spent less than $1k total. I feel great and am improving every day.

I'm a caregiver for an elderly disabled woman who walks with a walker. She was barely able to do even that, with the big chunky leg brace Medicare provided her.
