Have been to Sadu twice, both times great experiences with Dianna. First visit she pierced our 8-yr old daughter's ears approx 6 months ago and we had ZERO issues and Claire loves her earrings. I went today and got a double helix, and got great placement and was as close to pain free as you can expect. I'll be back when I want to do the triple forward helix I want on the other side. :)

Went in today and had my conch pierced by Cindy! She was excellent, informative, and honest with her opinions. She took the time I needed and made sure I was comfortable. She also kept the mood light and was funny! The gentleman up front was also polite and assisted with picking out the right jewelry. My friend also had hers done as well, and Cindy gave her an ice pop when she started to feel a little queasy. The shop was also clean! I definitely won't go to another shop after being treated so well here!
