Do not rent here or with UPA I rented with this Apt complex for about a year. Maintenance issues were difficult to get fixed. Even when every pipe in our apartment was flooding, and we called the "emergency" maintenance number, they told us that the maintenance guy would be there in the morning to take a look at the problem.
