Great service and great communication. We brought our center console and Yamaha outboard in for 100 hour service and had them clean polish and wax the boat and do some minor service on the trailer. Boat looks better than ever and I can rest easy knowing the trailer, engine, and boat are ready for more good times to come. Fantastic and flexible customer service! Brooks and the Sadler Point team went out of their way to help haul out and load my boat on a trailer. My schedule, and that of my transportation company, had unexpectedly changed, but Sadler Point rolled with the changes and accommodated us -- providing lots of attention and extra hands. It is with a heavy heart that I have to give this review. I’ve been coming to Sadler point for the last couple years. Bottom paint job was a good job. As soon as David left for Yamaha Corp things have gone down hill fast. I brought my boat in for its 100 hour service June 2020. A simply oil change and a touch up of the skegs. I pick up the boat and the lower units look like they went through a cheese grader. All three lower units had water in them after 1 hour of use a day later. One of the best maintained marinas in the area with helpful staff and a wonderful place to catch the sunrise
If you have older boat I would recommend going elsewhere they no longer have the expertise to work on older vessels
Awesome bridge!! The scenery their is awesome... I love looking at their docked boats... and it amazing that folk lives on river, love the boat scenes
This is the best staffed marina I have had the pleasure of working with. Everyone from the owner down to the newest tech have nothing short of exceptional. I am using the DIY boat yard for a bottom job and nothing but impressed with every person working at Sadler. They offer plenty of parts and supplies along with special tools needed to do your job. They have definitely earned a lifelong customer. I would give them six stars if I could.
