How about sending your customers a text stating you are travelling for 2 months and to arrange a pick up prior instead now I need to wait 5 weeks for my rug in which I leave to travel 3 days after they reopen. So hoping they’re organised enough to open on time. Such an inconvenience.
Not even worth 1 star very bad service I took my rugs there for clean I wish I i didn’t take them I paid for worthless cleaning never go there again and not recommend
Been getting my rugs washes for years. I love this service
Very bad service, very bad attitude from the owner.. I put 2 carpets for wash i got late for the pick up when i went back to pick them up he said you didn’t come to pick them up after 2 week from drop off so I chucked them in the bin How can someone chuck something in the bin and it’s not for him Very bad and i will report them to the police
Had 2 large rugs washed - was told can't pick up as they are really busy but promised they would drop it off to our home when done in 3 days (Wed) Thursday called the owner and as soon as we enquired about why they hadn't delivered our rugs as promised he went on and on how busy and not going to do it etc, Very rude individual, he even hung up mid conversation. Had to go myself today Sat again to collect my rugs. No apology nothing very rude will be going else where next time. Also there is a unpleasant smell in his workshop... read more
