Sadie's was a true pleasure to work with. Everything about this process was a blessing. Clear communication, immediate availability, more than reasonable pricing, empathy, and skill reduced our stress levels tremendously. We called late on Tuesday evening and talked to the owner Sadie (not a call center), got the inspection done the next morning and work started and was finished on Thursday. I was having the hardest time finding a good biohazard company. When I spoke to Sadie, I just knew that I wanted to have her do the job. Talking to other companies I realize that they don’t even specialize in biohazard cleanup. They were just restoration companies that were trying to get biohazard money. I’ve had served Pro and I’ve had other companies do jobs on other properties and they did a terrible job.
