At Sadie Rose we bake handmade breads fresh every day, the way bread has been made for centuries in Europe. We use the finest all natural ingredients and leaven our doughs with natural starters. Sadie Rose has been baking and delivering hand shaped hearth-baked breads to Southern California's finest restaurants, hotels and caterers for twelve years. We make everything from naturally leavened country French batards to gourmet hamburger buns and dinner rolls. Many of our breads are available par-baked.
