Doctor is great but the front desk is rude and unprofessional. Management should take note of the common reviews of the front desk experience and take action.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend Sadick on 15th Street. I had a inflammation on my heel and the doctor took an autopsy of the skin. The doctor was amazing but how they handled the process from this part forward was beyond poor. The front desk staff sent me the test results on text. Despite my multiple attempts to talk with the doctor about the test results and my worries, I never got a call from the doctor. All I was left with was worry and anxiety. Sad to say but this experience was not worth of the money.
The worst doctors office I've ever had to deal with.
Terrible experience, never going back. On countless occasions I have had to wait 45+ minutes and have encountered both rude and unprofessional service. It is unfortunate because Dr. Ferzli is very kind and good at her job.
