This place is nothing but a scam. Their default response to every app is a rejection and then good luck getting your $350 back. The woman I was dealing with originally told me she was putting it in the mail that day, and after two weeks go by, I still haven’t got it, I call to complain, and now they’re telling me it takes 30 days. The property isn’t even that nice. It’s old construction, the insides are old with old and ugly scratch and dent appliances. I’m reporting this leasing office to the City for investigation. Applied to them ! They denied my application they took 350 from me and I received no service. I’ve yet to receive it back there not answering phones or emails
