A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO PAULA!!! My wife and I just moved in and we are so obsessed, we had a very minor setback and PAULA made shit happen and eased our mind with the move in! She is a blessing and made me feel like customer service is still relevant, even though she is a manager!
The manager Paula is wonderful! She was very helpful and friendly. Went above and beyond to make sure our WO got completed quickly.
