This place could be better and this place could be worse. Parking is a big crock, I have seen more dog feces here than anywhere in my life and you are paying for it just look at the dog park. They over charge on the water bill and can't give any explanation why its so high yet I see them waste water on stupid plants and grass up front not to mention the broken water pipes where it looks like a spring in the complex. Absolutely horrible! Cockroach infested, extremely ghetto/shady people, in the parking area at all times, including kids, which there are a lot of. The walkways are not well lit. And charges, not only charging for parking but overcharging for the water bill. Rude and exceptionally incompetent staff in office.

When I walked through this complex I did not see any of the negative things some of reviews have said. It was very clean and friendly. By the way a lot of the reviews sounded like they came from the same person. Plan to move in soon.

but with these additions. The new owners are actively fixing up their property. They seem to care about it. It was neglected, dangerous before Lynd came along. The managers? We haven't needed their help so can't comment on whether they're responsive or helpful. I would hope that they spell out what are the policies here and enforce them cause some of these folks are despicable. Unsupervised kids are one of the biggest problems. Kids between 7 and 11 years old, wild and will challenge you if you dare say something about them ... read more

This is no place to get comfortable and raise a family. Dope dealers, parolees and the like have established their culture here. Emphasis is on occupancy rate not necessarily tenant quality. Trashed grounds, trashy people, windows are thin and need to be insulated, the vinyl strips are cracked and old letting air out, warped thresholds. DON"T MOVE IN. Once this place was nice, NOW it a dump. Not enough dumpsters, and they cut the dumpster pick up to once a week from 2, as such the dumpsters were ALWAYS over filled. And along came the bugs, when the dumpsters were empty the bugs would go into your apartment. They fired the ONLY reliable repair man and now nothing gets fixed. The manager is a joke and does not care about anything but his paycheck. I know the owners doesn't live on site (probably not even in the State) and it shows.
