If their was an option for a 0 I would apply it super fast this place was horrible since a week after moving my parents in. Management changed like underwear maintenance dropped like flies and units full of German roaches hard to get rid of 😤🤬😒 gun shots embedded in my moms unit wall A month after moving. This community is one of the hidden gems in Bryan, Texas! Very nice manager, Sarah and the other ladies in the office are so nice and helpful. My tour went well, the apartments are super spacious and I think this place is the perfect fit for us so far! The application didn’t take too long and she let me see the unit as soon as I got approved! Giving 5 stars to all staff here and this cute community.
We came in for a tour and were greeted by the lady in the first office. I think her name was Geneva. She was welcoming and very helpful. We are looking for a 2 bedroom apartment and she toured us and went over the application process and gave us a list of items we needed to bring back when we brought our application back. We didn't realize how long the application process would take but she explained everything clearly and made it seem easy. I was apartment hunting for my 20-year-old son who is starting college in the summer when I drove by an apartment complex that caught my attention. I decided to go inside and was greeted by Sarah, who had a wonderful smile and was very helpful. She provided me with extensive information, informed me about current specials, and gave me an application to take with me.
