I have had the pleasure of doing a tour of these apartments and I must say, I do like their apartments layouts, well everything except the stairs on the inside 🤣🤣. I think these are decent apartments and will meet some families needs. I would definitely consider these apartments if your looking for a complex with a few upgrades, but they definitely could use some upgrading away from that brown color. But they do have a washer and dryer connection.
DO NOT MOVE HERE !!!! Especially if u have kids 3 residents that lives here had cps called on them for simply trying to get maintenance to fix things in there unit the new owners are simply disgusting to there community the maintenance man ride around on carts all day like they doing they’re job but really just getting paid to do nothing the new owners are really rude and try to make it seem like they want the best for you but really want you out of their complex ROACH INFESTATION MOLD EVERYWHERE JUST A NIGHTMARE THEY MOVE Y... read more
I moved here a little over a year ago, and I know this apartment complex has a bad reputation, but I haven’t had any problems. Maintenance could be better, but overall no problems. Geneva in the office is always respectful, very helpful, and always happy.
I really enjoyed living here! The staff was always kind and helpful, and maintenance requests were handled quickly. The property is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. I appreciate the time I spent here and would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to call home. I absolutely love Kayla & Geneva 💕
If their was an option for a 0 I would apply it super fast this place was horrible since a week after moving my parents in. Management changed like underwear maintenance dropped like flies and units full of German roaches hard to get rid of 😤🤬😒 gun shots embedded in my moms unit wall A month after moving. Lots of bad ppl stay there strange activity s go on day and night.
