Update: So we recently got new management I'm glad that she's back because before all this swapping out the managers it was a pain no one was doing anything the workers wasn't doing anything that was half ass doing jobs and now that she's here she's making the community more safe more safer to live check. Thanks Sariana!
Omg the new manager Sariana is AMAAAAZING!! She has gone above and beyond with her duties here!! I see great things to come with her as a new addition to Saddlewood!!! Love all the staff and maintenance crew working endlessly to make this home feel like home!!
This is Carmen Ratcliff. I had a problem with running hot water for 3 months and they told me I had to wait because they were too busy. My bill ran ran up from 135 to 470 because of the water heater . I told Sariana one time and she fixed it within 10 min. The highest score on here is 5, but I give her 100. Thank you. I'm glad we have someone who cares.
These apartments are a waste. It’s ALWAYS new maintenance staff because they can’t keep anyone. They will move you in to unsafe apartments. My apartment flooded so many times that I had to move. I had to get a professional to come out and There was water in the walls and floors. Even if u do everything according to the lease it won’t matter because THEY DONT GO BY THEIR OWN LEASE AGREEMENT. Beware of this fraudulent property.
I’m so happy to have Sariana back! She was my property manager at another apartment. I’ve been waiting over a month here for my water heater to be fixed, and it took her one day, and I can finally bathe in peace. Thank you Sariana!
