I had a terrible experience at this dental clinic. I went in for an emergency appointment in extreme pain and asked to have my tooth removed. The dentist insisted on doing an initial root canal instead, saying it would stop the pain. But just hours later, the pain was even worse, and I couldn’t sleep all night. Definitely I would recommend everyone to go there because they are really good and treat you very well. They have really good customer service
My daughter had a toothache the night before and they took her in the next day as a new patient. Staff is super helpful and Dr. Sarah educated my daughter and let her see exactly what she was working on. No tears! and my daughter said it didn’t hurt at all once they did the tooth extraction.
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. They charged me a significantly higher amount than I was originally quoted, and the pricing was not transparent at all. I was given misleading information about the costs upfront, and when I received the bill, it was far beyond what I expected. It feels like they take advantage of patients who trust their services. I will not be returning and would advise others to be cautious before getting any treatment here. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.
Dentist was excellent! She explained every procedure, even my 3 year old daughter didnt have any problems. All staffs were very friendly.will definitely recommend 😊..
