I had a very positive experience with my dental care. Dentist Sara was professional, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedures. I also appreciate the great support provided by Dental Assistant Nayab—she was attentive, kind, and efficient. I would highly recommend their services.
Very bad service 👎I had my hygiene appointment here in Decembe24 2025 At that time, the clinic told me I would receive a $100 gift card as part of their promotion. It has been many months, and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I follow up, I only get excuses. My insurance has already paid them for the services, but the clinic has not honored what they promised. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I am a new patient came for my first time & I was very happy with the whole process. I was greeted when I came in, provided with a sheet to fill it was simple. Got brought it was very clean, was moved through fast to the end. I highly recommend to people who are nervous with the dentist as I am, but felt confident and look forward to coming to get my work finished. I visited Saddlestone Dental because I was experiencing severe tooth pain. During my visit, the staff informed me about a new patient offer and suggested that if I brought my family, we would be eligible for the promotion. Based on their suggestion, I later brought my family members to the clinic. They only performed regular checkups and X-rays and told us that the refund/offer amount would be processed within one week. Had a very good experience there. The staff and dentist were extremely kind and caring. I had a surgery, and they even called me a couple of times for follow-up, which really showed how concerned they are about their patients’ health. Highly recommended.
