I am a new patient came for my first time & I was very happy with the whole process. I was greeted when I came in, provided with a sheet to fill it was simple. Got brought it was very clean, was moved through fast to the end. I highly recommend to people who are nervous with the dentist as I am, but felt confident and look forward to coming to get my work finished. Had a very good experience there. The staff and dentist were extremely kind and caring. I had a surgery, and they even called me a couple of times for follow-up, which really showed how concerned they are about their patients’ health. Highly recommended.
Very bad service 👎I had my hygiene appointment here in Decembe24 2025 At that time, the clinic told me I would receive a $100 gift card as part of their promotion. It has been many months, and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I follow up, I only get excuses. My insurance has already paid them for the services, but the clinic has not honored what they promised. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I had a very distressing experience at this dental clinic that has caused me ongoing pain and long-term dental issues. My initial fillings were done on July 24, 2025, and I returned the next day for additional fillings. Immediately after, I noticed that when I tapped my teeth, the fillings felt extremely high, as though they were sitting on top of my teeth rather than properly adjusted. I love how Harpreet did the cleaning for my teeth, she was very gentle and very thorough. Her hands were very light and she asked me from time to time how i was feeling during the service. I would go and book her again for my next cleaning. I would highly recommend her. I went home feeling happy!
