I had a really great experience with Dr. Harpreet. She was super kind and welcoming from the start, and honestly made me feel way more relaxed than I expected. I’m usually not a fan of dentist visits, but she made it feel easy. She was very gentle while working on my teeth and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Very bad service 👎I had my hygiene appointment here in Decembe24 2025 At that time, the clinic told me I would receive a $100 gift card as part of their promotion. It has been many months, and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I follow up, I only get excuses. My insurance has already paid them for the services, but the clinic has not honored what they promised. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. ‼️DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL CLINIC‼️ I would not recommend this dental clinic if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust long-term. From the beginning, the front desk staff were dismissive and unfriendly, and the office felt cramped and unwelcoming. The waiting area was basically just a few chairs in a small hallway. Today, I had an appointment at Saddle Stone Dental NE,and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. Dr. Manmeet provided outstanding care, offering clear guidance and practical tips on how to maintain my oral health.
