I had a really great experience with Dr. Harpreet. She was super kind and welcoming from the start, and honestly made me feel way more relaxed than I expected. I’m usually not a fan of dentist visits, but she made it feel easy. She was very gentle while working on my teeth and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Very disappointed with the level of service here. They talk a big game and pretend to be highly experienced, but that couldn't be further from the truth. It's not just one person, either, the entire staff behaves like they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Total lack of professionalism and expertise. Save your time and money and find a clinic that actually knows their stuff.

‼️DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL CLINIC‼️ I would not recommend this dental clinic if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust long-term. From the beginning, the front desk staff were dismissive and unfriendly, and the office felt cramped and unwelcoming. The waiting area was basically just a few chairs in a small hallway. Today, I had an appointment at Saddle Stone Dental NE,and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. Dr. Manmeet provided outstanding care, offering clear guidance and practical tips on how to maintain my oral health. I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic. The staff were unprofessional and showed very little respect or care toward patients. Communication was poor, appointments were not handled properly, and the overall service was far below expectations. I did not feel welcomed or valued as a patient.
