‼️DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL CLINIC‼️ I would not recommend this dental clinic if you’re looking for a dentist you can trust long-term. From the beginning, the front desk staff were dismissive and unfriendly, and the office felt cramped and unwelcoming. The waiting area was basically just a few chairs in a small hallway. Today, I had an appointment at Saddle Stone Dental NE,and it was truly the best experience I’ve ever had. The staff is incredibly kind, respectful, and professional. Dr. Manmeet provided outstanding care, offering clear guidance and practical tips on how to maintain my oral health. I also want to highlight Harpreet, the hygienist, who did my cleaning—her touch was so gentle, and she is absolutely very kind and professional, the entire service was simply the best I’ve ever had in my 18 years of dental visits. Saddlestone dental clinic provided excellent, professional service. The friendly staff and the dentist’s clear explanations made me feel at ease during my visit. I highly recommend them.
This clinic needs to be audited. I paid for dental implants here 3months in advance as they said I must pay a portion upfront. I needed to cancel as I was moving away for a job, they kept on changing up their statements on the refund. First they said to come and pick up a cheque, when I got there they said they will refund back to the card. That was December 2025. They later said they refunded money, the bank investigated and couldnt find any trace of the money. Now they are refusing to provide me with proof of the refund.... read more
I had a really great experience with Dr. Harpreet. She was super kind and welcoming from the start, and honestly made me feel way more relaxed than I expected. I’m usually not a fan of dentist visits, but she made it feel easy. She was very gentle while working on my teeth and kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable.
