I am a new patient came for my first time & I was very happy with the whole process. I was greeted when I came in, provided with a sheet to fill it was simple. Got brought it was very clean, was moved through fast to the end. I highly recommend to people who are nervous with the dentist as I am, but felt confident and look forward to coming to get my work finished. I had a great experience with Harpreet and Nayab. Harpreet was very gentle and caring during my cleaning and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Nayab was also super friendly and did my X-rays quickly and carefully. Both of them were professional, kind and made the visit really easy. Highly recommend them!
Very bad service 👎I had my hygiene appointment here in Decembe24 2025 At that time, the clinic told me I would receive a $100 gift card as part of their promotion. It has been many months, and I still haven’t received anything. Every time I follow up, I only get excuses. My insurance has already paid them for the services, but the clinic has not honored what they promised. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. I had a very distressing experience at this dental clinic that has caused me ongoing pain and long-term dental issues. My initial fillings were done on July 24, 2025, and I returned the next day for additional fillings. Immediately after, I noticed that when I tapped my teeth, the fillings felt extremely high, as though they were sitting on top of my teeth rather than properly adjusted. I had my teeth cleaned by Harpreet, and she did an excellent job! She was very gentle, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire cleaning. My teeth have never felt this clean before. She explained everything clearly and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommend Harpreet for anyone looking for a professional and caring hygienist!
