A zero star would be better suited. I had them work on my clutch and they cracked my transfer case getting it out. They fabricated a story how they were trying to get it out but after all I've gone through hindsight is 20/20, putting me on the hook for it. Had a hard time finding what transfer case I needed, which he said he would help on two occasions, never did. Has told me on two occasions he would have it done on a Tuesday and the first time I had the wrong part and they didn't call until Friday at 4pm to inform me it wa... read more
