Great place to live
As a local Realtor, I do not feel Saddlebrook has its residents' best interests in mind for the following reasons. These are issues I've had with homes listed with Saddlebrook, not licensed Realtors. 1) While they don't have an association, they have rules that may preclude buyers from purchasing there, yet they are not disclosed until just a few days before closing. 2) Their contract includes a pre-printed "as-is" statement, and despite having negotiated two contracts that do not take the homes in as-is condition, the attor... read more
Wonderful neighborhood, almost as premium as Del Webb! They’ve got a full on gym, an absolutely enormous community garden. Multiple fishing piers, a lake lodge, walking paths, benches at most cul de sacs, much more. Do be aware though that the driveways and garages are very small, and so are the lawns.
