After undergoing a 2 month application process with the leasing company here, they had pre-qualified us for a 2 bedroom apartment for myself, my husband and our 7 month old son. We gave them our income information and everything else they asked for. At no point during these conversations did they inform us that we were over the income guidelines. I've lived here for about 3 years now and I love it. I've never had any problems and if I had they've all been resolved in a timely manner. Great people in charge of the places and the apartments are great looking too. Very comfortable living.
I lived in this place for two years and could not WAIT to get away. Every year they'd have you renew this paperwork that WASN'T a lease to TRICK you into having to stay another year. If you don't want to stay another year, DON'T SIGN THE PAPERWORK. I lived on the main level and I've seen every kind of spider there is. I've witnessed crickets and all kinds of bugs. It was almost like they were spraying spider's eggs around my apartment.. not just small ones, but HUGE ones. Oh, I also had a nice plant growing out of my bathtub... read more

Staff is really friendly but kind of strict with the rules. The maintenance guys are awesome! we would call and they would come right away. i liked living there for the most part. The only issue i ever had was that my satellite didn't get signal from my apartment balcony and they wouldn't let us put it on the roof. Nice apartments though.
I had applied for these apartments and they called me back saying I had to pay more for the deposit but then they never called me back to say yes or no. They said Nov.1 the apartment would be ready and nothing i happen i have called and left message and no one ever returns the calls. the have no customer services. very unprofessional.
This place will rip you off as they have done to me and other people I know that have lived there. They will be nice and inviting when you arrive to inquire about the place and show you this beautifully decorated apartment with a yard that they use only for viewing, then put you in a dump with stained carpet, little to no insulation, and a broken air conditioner and then send you a bill when you move out charging you for it. Parents beware, if your child is a full time student and getting a education to better this world she/he is not entitled to live in this place!
The apartments are nice. The parking situation is the pitts If you are a two car family and want at least one car parked in front of your apartment then don;t move here. I have made suggestions for the parking situation however, nothing is being done. We the residents here need at least one marked space so we do not have to park accross the street or down the street.
