Kasey was/is great. She is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The process to apply and pick up keys were easy and straightforward.
We have lived at Saddle Brook for over 6 years now, and maintenance requests are always handled promptly. Our refrigerator has slowly been grinding to a halt, and it was time for a new one. We e-mailed Sherry about our problem, she responded right away, and within a couple of hours we had a new refrigerator. Staff us great, great facilities, maintenance is quick. I have no complaints!
Kasey made my paperwork easy and Andy offered to help me carry my items into my apt.
Best experience of a move in, follow-up, did everything they said they would do, and we moved here from Oregon (1,986 miles away) so we had a lot of reluctance but have been pleasantly surprised…Yazmine, Terry and the entire staff have been AWESOME!!!
