Very pretty property on the outside. The office was very disorganized and didn’t know I was scheduled for a tour. Only one office person so it’s not her fault. When I organized the tour, I specifically asked for ground floor and that if they didn’t have any then, if they could just give me a call back and tell me that so we could cancel. So I’m out of gas and about 40 minutes of my time just for them to not only not take me on a tour, but to also tell me nothing was available. I have lived at SaddleBrook for many years and it is just the most wonderful place to be. It is quiet, well lit, and prompt service is done. The office staff is really kind. I recommend SaddleBrook to all of my friends.
