My mom lives in this community. She is disabled. The front office management is soo disrespectful. My mom has been without AC for 4 days in 110 temp. I called as a concerned child and all I got was attitude and rudeness. I have to get my mom up out of there.
INFESTED WITH ROACHES‼️‼️‼️ the office staff is very rude and nasty and work orders gets lost or not submitted. All they care about is collecting you mr rent money. You have to wait hourssss just to talk to someone in the office. They stay on the phone and don’t acknowledge you when you walk in the office. Did I say infested with roaches? Garbage piles up infront our apartments and doesn’t get moved for days.
this is a poorly managed office... from waiting hours to get basic assitance... blatant favoritism... no guidelines to qualify... I'm surprised that it has not been rioted by pissed off applicants or residents!
People need to be friendly. So we can look out for each other care because we live one to other si like family ea h one VB reach. One
