Parking isn't validated so they encourage you to park at Nordstrom's and walk across the street. They were 45 minutes behind when I arrived but don't call to have you come in later. When it was my turn they didn't have the staff member available for part of my procedure so it was further delayed until they could find them, then I had to wait for them to finish another procedure.
