Terrible service. Manager does not know what she is doing. Will not recommend going here
Dr Loc, asked her staff to notify me not to return to her practice because I complained to the insurance company about her staff being rude. Also no one was returning my calls from her office.
My mother saw Dr. Choan. The doctor spoke to my mother like she was a child. We had a follow up phone visit that the doctor never kept. I left 3 messages over a 2 week period . I finally received a return call after the third.. I would NEVER recommend that doctor…..incompetent office staff and a doctor who doesn’t care

I got a new Medical insurance. It's United healthcare Medicare coverage. Since dr Shen was in network and his office was close to where I live, I chose him . But doctor wouldn't see me unless I get my Medical history from my previous physicians. After talking for several times to his office Medical coordinator(Gabby )and giving her my other doctors info, I got no results,so i decided to find another doctor.
