These people are so kind! I felt very comfortable immediately. If a root canal can be considered pleasant, this was it. Thanks to all the staff
Dr. Jonsson took the time to explain every step of the procedure, answered all my questions, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was their gentle touch and precise technique — I barely felt a thing! I had minimal discomfort afterward and I love that he followed up with me the same day to see how I was feeling. Couldn’t recommend him enough.
I was referred to this practice for my complicated case. Dr. Jonsson was informative, professional, and gentle during the whole procedure. He even checked on me later that day. The team members were also approachable and helpful during scheduling, check in, and check out. This practice exemplifies patient-centered care.
