I got three quotes for tenting my house, Saddleback Termite was right in the middle. But I chose them not on price but because I felt comfortable with the explanations I got from Kevin. Through the process, the staff was very helpful and informative. We were able to schedule the tenting for days that were convenient to us. Saddleback Pest provides pest and rodent control for our house. I like their professional technicians and strong communication before and after monthly service appointments. Coordination and communication with our tenant is also strong. Overall they provide very good service, and are responsive - I recommend them.
