Scheduling was fast and easy, and they were very professional throughout the entire process. Best of all, their prices are very reasonable compared to other companies I looked into. I really appreciate how smoothly everything went—great experience all around!
I needed spot treatment for termite damage and got on the schedule right away. They came out, thoroughly went around my house, and gave me a report of findings there on the spot. I received the reasonable quote within a day. I scheduled the service that needed to be done. The two gentleman that came out were fast, reliable efficient, and polite. When finished, they walked me around the house and showed me what had been done. I am very pleased with Saddleback Termite and highly recommend them!
This company is THE BEST!! They are well organized when it comes to scheduling their service calls and bend over backwards if an unexpected invation of critters occurs. The technicians are thorough and treat my property with care and respect. The entire operations is GREAT!
They always call before coming and I can honestly say I haven't had any any or spider invasions since using them many years ago.
