Everything great but Weak smoxide detector
They had roaches so I never got to move in for my 3month lease. I still paid for the 3 month lease but they wanted to charge me for an additional month regardless of the agreement. Ive never had to tell an apartment complex I was moving when the contract clearly stated how long I was legally going to live there. When a lease is done you leave. If you dont leave then you are supposed to RENEW your lease. Simple. They dont follow that at all so be careful. Now im dealing with this place trying to steal from us
Had I known then what I do now, I would have never even considered moving here. Faculty is nice and helpful before moving in, once you move all that goes down the drain. Aside from the poor customer service exerted from management, the units are roach infested. None of that will be mentioned to you prior to moving in you’ll only discover the horrors once you’re already living there. AVOID at ALL COST, so glad I am moving.
Residents get charged month to month three months before the 12- month lease is up.
