I Pros: I love the clean, quiet environment. I rarely hear neighbors, and no one blasts music at night. The pool and gardens are beautiful and well maintained, and there is plenty of hot water for the whole family. Alberto is also friendly and attentive, which makes the property feel safe. I have been a tenant since 2021. The only redeemable quality for this complex is, Alberto, the groundskeeper, who does amazing work to keep the property clean. Hot Water: The property has a HUGE issue with maintaining the hot water system. We frequently receive little to no notice of hot water shut-off, leaving us mid shower on more than one occasion.
