I have been a tenant since 2021. The only redeemable quality for this complex is, Alberto, the groundskeeper, who does amazing work to keep the property clean. Hot Water: The property has a HUGE issue with maintaining the hot water system. We frequently receive little to no notice of hot water shut-off, leaving us mid shower on more than one occasion. I lived here in 1981. It was nice then.
Terrible place to live. The outside courtyard looks nice and pool.looks nice, but the apartments aren't nice. Everything in the apartment is painted over like crazy. Some of the units are so old, the windows are the old sleeve kinds and didn't even have AC. The site manager was also very irresponsible and lazy. When I lived there the gate was always broken, homeless people would roam around the trash area, and there would be fighting from several tenants.
