I was referred to Dr.Kiet Lock back in May19th, since then I called and left messages for Lynette the person handling appointments, waited for a return call for week and had no response from Lynette, subsequently I called at list twice a week but never had an answer.Finally today June 30th I decided to personally to her office where I was asked for my insurance card and the letter of referral from Optum and wastold to seat and wait. Horrible doctors office. Came in for an appointment waited over 30 min just for them to tell me the doctor is way behind, wasn’t even considerate that it took me forever to get this set up. Don’t go here terrible service and snobby office staff. Why would you schedule people 15 min in between each other

I was a patient of Dr. Loc. During my three years as a patient, I changed insurance. In February, I received a $55 dollar bill. I left several messages with the billing department to be sure they had billed the correct insurance (several left during COVID closures, to clarify). I ultimately received a bill from a collection agency, which I promptly paid, thinking I would handle it with the office when I went in.
